Our Experts
The program is led by Professor Major-General (Res.) Isaac Ben-Israel and Dr. Lior Tabansky. Professor Ben-Israel is a world-leading defense technologies scholar and one of the founding fathers of Israel's cybersecurity. He is the head of Tel Aviv University's Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center and Co-Director of Israel's Artificial Intelligence Task Force. Dr. Tabansky is a senior leader with seventeen years of cybersecurity governance experience and advises the World Bank and European, African, Singaporean, and Israeli leaders on digital transformation and cyber resilience. Dr. Tabansky, Head of Research Development for the Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center, is the program's Academic Director.
